Hon’ble NCLT in IA No. 85 of 2021 dated 07.08.2021 ordered the appointment of Mr Sisir Kumar Appikatla as Liquidator in the matter of Veda Biofuel Limited as “nul and void and non-est in the eye of law” and appointed Dr. K.V.Srinivas, Advocate & Insolvency Professional IP Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00520/2017-18/10945 as the Liquidator in Mr Sisir Kumar Appikatla place vide its Order dated 03.09.2021. A copy of the same was made available on 20.09.2021 to the Dr. K.V.Srinivas".
